Remember to Back Up Your Data |
| You
should use at least three backup zip or floppy disk sets in
rotation. The most recent backup goes to the rear, and the
oldest goes to the front. Use the same name for your backup file on all your disks, and write down the date of each backup in small text on the disk labels. This will enable you to track the dates of your backups, and allow you to continue using the same disks without running out of space. Each time you back up you will replace the file on the disks, instead of adding to it. |
